Motrada Handels GmbH is a rapidly growing IT company. We design,develop and distribute internet auction

platforms. Our customers are well-known international corporations from the banking and automotive industries. Our

platforms are used in over 17 European countries.

We are looking for someone to join our IT department in Shkodra as soon as possible

MOTIVATED AND COMMITTED SERVER ADMIN (FULL TIME)

1. YOUR TASKS:

Installation, configuration and maintenance of servers, networks and other IT systems

Ensuring system security and implementing security policies

Troubleshooting technical malfunctions and supporting IT-related inquiries

Updating and maintaining documentation regarding the IT infrastructure

Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth functioning of IT systems

Ensuring quality and improving processes

Granting first level technical support for colleagues on-site

2. YOUR PROFILE:

Computer Science degree, IT, or related field (equivalent experience)

Very good knowledge of English, spoken and written

Knowledge of German, spoken and written, would be an advantage

Proficiency in server operating systems (Linux, Debian, Ubuntu, Windows Server)

Good knowledge of server hardware, virtualization, and cloud computing

Practical knowledge of virtualization technologies and platforms, including Proxmox and Xen

Knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration

Experience with or good understanding of open-source technologies and solutions

Familiarity with server monitoring and management tools

Strong attention to detail and good documentation practices

Structured way of working, commitment, and team spirit

Solution-oriented way of thinking and precise task execution

Desire for continuous professional development
