Join Qterra Property Management!​We're looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team. If you're confident, results-driven, and enjoy building relationships, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do​ Work from our office as part of a collaborative team. Handle both outbound (cold calling) and inbound sales calls. Generate new business and promote Qterra's property management services to property owners and investors. Build client relationships, manage leads in our CRM, and close new business. What We're Looking For​ Sales experience preferred. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident on the phone. Comfortable using CRM systems and working in an office environment.
