This Job Vacancy is at SEWS CABIND ALBANIA.

Under the overall supervision of the Controlling Supervisor, the Junior Accounting Specialist is responsible for assisting in managing all accounting operations of the company. The Junior Accounting Specialist should be committed to providing efficient, reliable support to accounting department members, other departments, and external parties. The Junior Accounting Specialist should be trustworthy, thorough, and courteous with excellent time management skills.

Responsibility range/Scope of duty

Maintain accounts payable, collaborate with team members to ensure timely payment of invoices, confirming validity of the debt and gathering appropriate signatures and documentation​

Address any account payables question that appears and work to resolve them. Look for and provide solutions for accounting irregularities​

Maintain the online fiscal portal daily; record custom procedures and manage the acceptance/refusal of the third-party invoices​

Collaborate with others in the accounting department to ensure all financial actions are accurate.​

Follow internal accounting procedures and policies to ensure financial security is maintained.​

Assist the accounting department in daily, monthly, and annual activities, including generating financial reports, developing budgets, preparing taxes, and assisting with audits and resolving discrepancies.​

Collaborate with team members to provide necessary financial reports to senior-level managers.​

Participate in ongoing education opportunities to learn about industry trends and developments, current financial legislation, and company policies and procedures.​

Other duties as assigned.​

Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen​

Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills​

Bachelor’s/master’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field​

1-2 years of relevant experience​

Language knowledge:

English: B2 level
